ইন্ডিয়ান ইনস্টিটিউট অফ সোশ্যাল ওয়েলফেয়ার অ্যান্ড বিজনেস ম্যানেজমেন্ট ২০২১ – ২২ সেশনে ফায়ার সেফটি ম্যানেজমেন্টে অ্যাডভান্সড ডিপ্লোমা কোর্সে ভরতি নিচ্ছে। কোর্সটি ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল স্টেট কাউন্সিল অফ টেকনিক্যাল ও ভোকেশনাল এডুকেশন ও স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট স্বীকৃত। দিবা ও সান্ধ্য ২ টি কোর্স পড়ানো হবে। দিনের বেলায় পড়ানো হবে ১ বছরের কোর্স। ফ্রেশারদের জন্য। ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং/ টেকনোলজি / সায়েন্সের যে কোনো শাখায় ডিগ্ৰি বা ডিপ্লোমা কোর্স পাশ ছেলেমেয়েরা ১ বছরের ডিপ্লোমা কোর্সে ভরতির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন। ৬ মাস করে ২ টি সেমিস্টারে পড়ানো হবে। ক্লাস হবে বৃহস্পতি, শুক্র, শনি ও রবিবার সকাল সাড়ে ১০ থেকে বিকেল ৫ টা পর্যন্ত। সান্ধ্য বিভাগে পড়ানো হবে ১৮ মাসের কোর্স। অগ্ৰাধিকার দেওয়া হবে স্পন্সর্ড বা কর্মরতদের। যেকোনো শাখার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং/টেকনোলজি / সায়েন্স বা সমতুল কোর্সের ডিগ্ৰি বা ডিপ্লোমা কোর্স পাশ ছেলেমেয়েরা ভরতির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন। পড়ানো হবে ৬ মাস করে ৩ টি সেমিস্টারে। ক্লাস হবে বৃহস্পতি ও শুক্রবার সন্ধ্যে ৬-৮ টা। শনিবার ও রবিবার সকল সাড়ে ১০ টা থেকে বিকেল ৫ টা পর্যন্ত। প্রার্থী বাছাইয়ের জন্য প্রথমে প্রাপ্ত নম্বরের ভিত্তিতে সংক্ষিপ্ত তালিকা তৈরি করা হবে। তারপর গ্ৰুপ ডিসকাশন ও পার্সোনাল ইন্টারভিউয়ের মাধ্যমে চূড়ান্ত বাছাই করা হবে। ২ টি ক্ষেত্রে সিট ৬০ টি। বিভাগীয় প্রধান ড. সর্বাণী মিত্র জানান, এই কোর্সের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হল সরকারি ও বেসরকারি ক্ষেত্রে ফায়ার ডিজাস্টার ও ইর্মাজেন্সি পরিষেবায় ছেলেমেয়েদের দক্ষ করে গড়ে তোলা। থিওরির পাশাপাশি হাতেকলমে প্র্যাক্টিক্যাল ট্রেনিং দেওয়া হবে। রাজ্য সরকারের ফায়ার সার্ভিস আইন অনুযায়ী অগ্নিনির্বাপণ ও জরুরি পরিষেবার ক্ষেত্রে দক্ষ ফায়ার ম্যানেজার নেওয়াটা এখন বাধ্যতামূলক। সফল প্রার্থীদের চাকরির যেমন সুযোগ রয়েছে সরকারি ফায়ার সার্ভিস, বিমা সংস্থা, ঠিক তেমনি চাকরির সুযোগ রয়েছে বহুতল নির্মাণ ক্ষেত্র, পেট্রোরসায়ন প্লাস্টিক শিল্প, ফার্টিলাইজার, টেক্সটাইল ও অন্যান্য উৎপাদনমূলক শিল্পে। ভরতি হওয়া যাবে ৩ ভাবে ― প্রথমত ডেবিট/ ক্রেডিট কার্ডের মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে অ্যাপ্লিকেশননের মাধ্যমে। দ্বিতীয়ত, স্টেট ব্যাঙ্ক (পাওয়ার জ্যোতি A/C 32495656710) অফ ইন্ডিয়ার মাধ্যমে অনলাইন অ্যাপ্লিকেশনের মাধ্যমে। এছাড়াও ৩০০ টাকা দিয়ে হাতে হাতে ভরতির ফর্ম ও প্রসপেক্টাস পাবেন আই.আই.এস ডব্লু.বি.এম এর কাউন্টার থেকে। ভরতির জন্য যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এই ঠিকানায় ― ইন্ডিয়ান ইনস্টিটিউট অফ সোশ্যাল ওয়েলফেয়ার অ্যান্ড বিজনেস ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ম্যানেজমেন্ট হাউস, কলেজ স্কোয়ার (ওয়েস্ট) কলকাতা ৭০০০৭৩। ফোন – ৯৮৭৪৬৪৬২০৮/২২৪১৮৬৯৪/৯৫। ওয়েবসাইট – www.iiswbm.edu
