Bangla Sahayata Kendra : বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জীর অন্যতম একটি দূরদর্শী পরিকল্পনা । বিভিন্ন সরকারি সুবিধা সাধারণ মানুষ যাতে সহজেই পেতে পারে সেকারণে প্রতিটি বিডিও অফিস সংলগ্ন জায়গায় একটি করে বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র গড়ে তোলা হয় ।
বর্তমানে রাজ্যে মোট ৩৫৬১ টি বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র ( Bangla Sahayata Kendra ) রয়েছে । প্রতিটি কেন্দ্রে ২ জন করে ডাটা এন্ট্রি অপারেটর থাকে । সেই হিসেবে দেখতে গেলে রাজ্যে প্রায় ৭ হাজারের উপর যুবক যুবতী বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্রে কাজ করছেন ।প্রায়শয়ই ডাটা এন্ট্রি অপারেটর নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হয় । আর এমতাবস্তায় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী আজ সাংবাদিক বৈঠক থেকে বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র নিয়ে সুখবর দিলেন । মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর আজকের বক্তব্যের সূত্র ধরে সহজেই বলা যায় আবারো কর্মসংস্থান হতে চলেছে বেশ কিছু বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্রে ।

তো চলুন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী কি বলেছেন সেটি একটু বিস্তারিত জেনে নেওয়া যাক । আজকে নবান্নের বৈঠক সেরে সাংবাদিক বৈঠক করেন । সেখানে তিনি বেশ কিছু ঘোষণা করেন তার পাশাপাশি বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র ( Bangla Sahayata Kendra ) নিয়েও কিছু ঘোষণা করেন । দুয়ারে সরকার নিয়ে বলতে গিয়ে তিনি জানিয়েছেন সরকারকে মানবিকভাবে দুয়ারে সরকারের আবেদনগুলিকে বিচার করতে হবে ।
এপ্রসঙ্গে তিনি একটি আবেদনের কথা উল্লেখ করেছেন যেখানে একজন পাঁচ বছরের মেয়ে লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডারে আবেদন করেছেন । মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এই বিষয়টিকে মানবিক দৃষ্টিতে বোঝাতে বলেছেন । তিনি নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন সেই বাচ্চাটিকে ডেকে বলতে যে সে লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার পাওয়ার যোগ্য নয় , বরং তাকে কন্যাশ্রী করে দেওয়া হচ্ছে ।

আর এরপরই মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বিএসকে বা বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র নিয়ে সুখবর দেন । তিনি বলেছেন ,“বিএসকে অনেক কেন্দ্র আমরা করে দিয়েছি , বি এস কের মাধ্যমেই গভর্মেন্ট কাজ পাবে ।” আর এরপরেই তিনি জানান যে “আমি ডিএমকে বলেই দিয়েছি , দেখে নাও , যেখানে বিএসকে সেন্টার নেই সেখানে করে দাও।” অর্থাৎ যেখানে বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র ( Bangla Sahayata Kendra )নেই সেখানে নতুন করে বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্র তৈরির নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জী ।

এই সূত্র ধরে বলা যায় যদি নতুন বিএসকে সেন্টার তৈরি হয় , সেক্ষেত্রে কর্মসংস্থানেরও সুযোগ রয়েছে ।কারণ আপনারা নিশ্চয়ই জানেন প্রতিটি বাংলা সহায়তা কেন্দ্রে দুটি করে ডাটা এন্ট্রি অপারেটর নিয়োগ করা হয় ।এবং এর বাইরেও হেল্প ডেস্ক পার্সনেল , সিনিয়র সফটওয়্যার পার্সনেল তথা অন্যান্য অফিসার পদেও নিয়োগ করা হয়ে থাকে ।
