সমস্ত বেকার যুবক-যুবতীদের কাছে একটি বিরাট সুখবর । এই পদে আবেদন করতে ভারতীয় নাগরিক হতে হবে । প্রার্থীকে সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলার স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে । জেলা স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ সমিতির (Office of the Chief Medical of Health District & Family Welfare Samity) তরফে কর্মী নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হয়েছে । চলুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক পদের নাম, যোগ্যতা, বয়স, আবেদন পদ্ধতি সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত তথ্য ।

পদের নাম –
কমিউনিটি হেলথ অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট (ANM – Community Health Assistant) ।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা –
এই পদে আবেদন করার জন্য প্রার্থীকে স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে ANM / GNM কোর্স করতে হবে । আরও বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট দেখুন ।
বয়স –
এই পদে আবেদন করার জন্য প্রার্থীর বয়স হতে হবে ২১ – ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে । সংরক্ষিত ক্ষেত্রের প্রার্থীদের বয়সের ছাড় থাকবে ।

বেতন –
প্রার্থীদের মাসিক বেতন দেওয়া হবে ১৩,০০০ টাকা ।
নিয়োগ পদ্ধতি –
ANM / GNM পরীক্ষার প্রাপ্ত নাম্বারের ভিত্তিতে মেরিট লিস্ট তৈরি করা হবে ।
আবেদন পদ্ধতি –
এই পদে আবেদন করতে হবে অফলাইনে । সেক্ষেত্রে নিচের ধাপগুলি অনুসরণ করুন ।
১) বিজ্ঞপ্তির নিচে দেওয়া আবেদনপত্রটি ডাউনলোড করতে হবে । সরাসরি আবেদনপত্র ডাউনলোডের লিংক নিচে দেওয়া হল ।
২) আবেদনপত্রের সাথে সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট যুক্ত করতে হবে । কোন কোন ডকুমেন্ট যুক্ত করতে হবে সেটি নিচে দেওয়া হল ।
৩) আবেদন ফি জমা করার পর পেমেন্ট কপিটি আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যুক্ত করতে হবে ।

৪) এরপর আবেদনপত্র সহ সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট স্পিড পোস্ট / রেজিস্টার্ড পোস্ট / কুরিয়ার / হাতে হাতে জমা করতে হবে । আবেদনপত্র জমা করার ঠিকানা, তারিখ নিচে দেওয়া হল ।

কোন কোন ডকুমেন্ট যুক্ত করতে হবে ?
নিম্নলিখিত ডকুমেন্ট গুলির স্বপত্যয়িত জেরক্স আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যুক্ত করতে হবে ।
১) পরিচয়পত্র
২) সংশ্লিষ্ট কতৃপক্ষের দ্বারা প্রদত্ত স্থায়ী বাসিন্দার সার্টিফিকেট ।
৩) বয়সের প্রমাণপত্র
৪) কাস্ট সার্টিফিকেট
৫) মাধ্যমিক, ANM / GNM রেজাল্ট এবং পাশ সার্টিফিকেট
৬) ANM / GNM রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট

আবেদন ফি –
এই পদে আবেদন করার জন্য প্রার্থীদের ১০০ টাকা আবেদন ফি জমা করতে হবে । সংরক্ষিত ক্ষেত্রের প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে ৫০ টাকা আবেদন ফি জমা করতে হবে । সংশ্লিষ্ট কতৃপক্ষের ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য নিচে দেওয়া হল । তবে আবেদন ফি জমা দেওয়ার পূর্বে অবশ্যই অফিসিয়াল বিজ্ঞপ্তি থেকে তথ্য যাচাই করে নেবেন ।
