পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বেকার যুবক-যুবতীদের কাছে একটি বিরাট সুখবর । রাজ্যের জাস্টিস জুভেনাইল বোর্ডের তরফে টাইপিস্ট নিয়োগ করা হচ্ছে । তো চলুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক পদের নাম , বয়স , বেতন , শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা , আবেদন পদ্ধতি সংক্রান্ত সকল তথ্য ।

পদের নাম-
টাইপিস্ট [ Lower Division Clerk Cum Typist ]
যোগ্যতা –
মাধ্যমিক পাশ হলেই এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন ।সাথে কম্পিউটার চালানোর জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে ।
মাসিক বেতন-
মাসিক বেতন ১৩৫০০ টাকা ।
বয়সীমা –
বয়স হতে হবে ২১ থেকে ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে । সরকারি নিয়ম অনুসারে সংরক্ষিত ক্ষেত্রের প্রার্থীরা বয়সে ছাড় পাবেন ।তপশিলি জাতি/উপজাতিরা ৫ বছর এবং ওবিসি প্রার্থীরা ৩ বছর বয়সে ছাড় পাবেন ।

নিয়োগ পদ্ধতি ( Hire a Typist ) –
প্রার্থী বাছাই হবে লিখিত পরীক্ষা , কম্পিউটার টেস্ট এবং ইন্টারভিউয়ের মাধ্যমে প্রথমে লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীরা কম্পিউটার টেস্টের জন্য ডাক পাবেন । কম্পিউটার টেস্টের শর্ট লিস্তেড প্রার্থীরা ইন্টারভিউয়ের জন্য ডাক পাবেন ।
মোট ১০০ নম্বরের পরীক্ষায় কোন ক্ষেত্রে কত নম্বর থাকবে দেখে নিন । যথা –

লিখিত পরীক্ষায় নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলি থেকে প্রশ্ন আসবে । যথা –
১. গণিত
২. ইংরাজি
৩. জিকে
আবেদন পদ্ধতি ( Hire a Typist ) –
আবেদন করতে হবে অনলাইনে । প্রথমে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে । এরপর লগ ইন করে নিজের সকল তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে । সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করতে হবে ।কি কি ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করতে হবে তার তথ্য নিচে দেওয়া হল । সবশেষে সাবমিট করলে আবেদন সম্পূর্ণ হবে ।
অনলাইনে কী কী ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড করতে হবে ?
নিম্নলিখিত ডকুমেন্টগুলি অনালাইনে আপলোড করতে হবে । যথা –
১. বয়সের প্রমানপত্র (মাধ্যমিকের অ্যাডমিট কার্ড )
২. স্থায়ী বাসিন্দার সার্টিফিকেট (ভোটার কার্ড / রেশন কার্ড / আধার কার্ড)
৩. শিক্ষা গত যোগ্যতার প্রমান পত্র ।
৪. কম্পিউটার শিক্ষার প্রমান পত্র ।
৫. কাস্ট সার্টিফিকেট (যদি থাকে)।
৬. অভিজ্ঞতার সার্টিফিকেট ।
৭. সিগনেচার ।
৮. কালার পাসপোর্ট সাইজ সার্টিফিকেট ।

পরীক্ষার তারিখ –
লিখিত পরীক্ষা হবে আগামী ১৬/০৭/২০২৩ তারিখ । অ্যাডমিট কার্ড , কম্পিউটার টেস্টের তারিখ , ইন্টারভিউয়ের তারিখ এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য সময়ে সময়ে অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে জানানো হবে।
আবেদনের শেষ তারিখ ( Hire a Typist )–
আবেদন করতে হবে আগামী ২৩/০৬/২০২৩ রাত্রি ১২ টার মধ্যে ।
