পদের নাম –
এই পদটির নাম হল ড্রাইভার (Driver for Food Safety Wings )
আবেদনের যোগ্যতা-
এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে হলে অষ্টম শ্রেণী পাস করতে হবে। বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। ৫ বছরের গাড়ি চালানোর আভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
মাসিক বেতন-
এই পদের মাসিক বেতন হচ্ছে ১১,৫০০ টাকা ।
বয়সীমা-
এই পদে আবেদন করতে চাইলে আবেদনকারীর সর্বনিম্ন বয়স হতে হবে ২৫ বছর ও সর্বউচ্চ বয়স হতে ৪০ বছর । এর বেশি বয়স হলে আপনি আর এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন না।

আবেদন পদ্ধতি-
আবেদন করতে হবে অফলাইনে সেক্ষেত্রে নিজের ধাপ গুলি অনুসরণ করুন। যথা-
১) প্রথমে অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট থেকে আবেদন পত্রটি ডাউনলোড করুণ। আপনাদের সুবিধার্থে প্রতিবেদনের শেষে আবেদন পত্রের সরাসরি ডাউনলোড লিংক দেওয়া হল।
২) এবার আবেদন পত্রটিকে যথাযথ ভাবে পূরণ করুন। নিজের নাম, বাবার নাম, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, ঠিকানা সঠিক ভাবে প্রদান করুন।
৩) নির্দিষ্ট জায়গায় নিজের পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি সাটিয়ে দিন।
৪) এবার ১০০ টাকা ডিমান্ড ড্রাফট ( সংরক্ষিত ক্ষেত্রে প্রার্থীদের ৫০ টাকা ) “District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Hooghly” এই নামে কেটে আবেদন পত্রের সাথে যুক্ত করুন ।
৫) এবার খামের উপর বড় হরপে লিখুন “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF………UNDER …PROGRAMME” ।
৬) আবেদন পত্রের সাথে সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট যুক্ত করুন।
৭) এবার সেটিকে নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় নির্দিষ্ট তারিখের মধ্যে রেজিস্টার্ড পোস্ট / স্পিড পোস্ট / হাতে হাতে জমা করুন।
