সমস্ত বেকার যুবক-যুবতীদের কাছে একটি বিরাট সুখবর । এই পদে আবেদন করতে ভারতীয় নাগরিক হতে হবে । সমস্ত চাকরি প্রার্থীরা এই পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে। জেলা স্বাস্থ্য এবং পরিবার কল্যাণ দপ্তরের (District Health & Family welfare Samity) তরফ থেকে কর্মী নিয়োগের বিজ্ঞপ্তি জারি করা হয়েছে । চলুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক পদের নাম, যোগ্যতা, বয়স, আবেদন পদ্ধতি সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত তথ্য ।
বিজ্ঞপ্তি নাম্বার –
396/DH&FWS/II-3/C
পদের নাম –
অ্যাসিস্টেন্ট (ANM – Community Health Assistant – Urban ) ।
শূন্যপদ –
এই পদের মোট শূন্যপদ ৯ টি ।
কাজের স্থান –
কাটোয়া , ঘুসকরা, মেমারি এবং পূর্ববর্ধমান এই সব পৌরসভা এলাকায় কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে ।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা-
এই পদে আবেদন করার জন্য আবেদনকারীকে স্বীকৃত প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে AMN/GNM কোর্স করতে হবে । আরও বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট দেখুন ।
বয়স –
এই পদে আবেদন করার জন্য ইচ্ছুক প্রার্থীদের বয়স হতে হবে ২১ থেকে ৪০ বছরের মধ্যে । প্রার্থীদের বয়স ধরা হবে ১ লা জানুয়ারি ২০২৩ তারিখ অনুসারে ।
বেতন –
এই পদের মাসিক বেতন ১৩,০০০ টাকা ।
নিয়োগ পদ্ধতি –
ANM/GMN কোর্সের প্রাপ্ত নাম্বারের ভিত্তিতে স্কোরিং করা হবে ।
আবেদন পদ্ধতি –
উপরিক্ত পদগুলিতে আবেদন করতে হবে অফলাইনে । সেক্ষেত্রে নিচের ধাপগুলি অনুসরণ করুন ।
১. প্রথমে সংস্থার অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইট থেকে আবেদনপত্রটি ডাউনলোড করতে হবে । আপনাদের সুবিধার জন্য সরাসরি আবেদনপত্র ডাউনলোডের লিংক নিচে দেওয়া হল ।
২. সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিয়ে করে আবেদনপত্রটি যথাযথ ভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে ।
৩. তারপর আবেদনপত্রের সাথে সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টের স্বপ্রত্যয়িত জেরক্স যুক্ত করতে হবে । কোন কোন ডকুমেন্ট আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যুক্ত করতে হবে সেটি নিচে দেওয়া হল ।

৪. পর্যাপ্ত আবেদন ফি জমা করতে হবে । আবেদন ফি জমা করার সমস্ত তথ্য নিচে দেওয়া হল ।
৫. আবেদনপত্র ও সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টের জেরক্স একটি খামের মধ্যে ভরতে হবে ।
৬. তারপর আবেদনপত্রটি স্পিড পোস্ট / রেজিস্টার্ড পোস্ট / কুরিয়ার / হাতে হাতে জমা করতে হবে । নিচে আবেদনপত্র পাঠানোর ঠিকানা, তারিখ, সময় দেওয়া হল ।

কি কি ডকুমেন্ট লাগবে ?
এই পদগুলিতে আবেদন করার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত ডকুমেন্ট গুলির স্বপ্রত্যয়িত জেরক্স আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যুক্ত করতে হবে ।
১. পরিচয় পত্র
২. সংশ্লিষ্ট জেলার স্থায়ী বাসিন্দার সার্টিফিকেট
৩. বয়সের প্রমাণপত্র
৪. কাস্ট সার্টিফিকেট

আবেদন ফি –
এই পদের আবেদন ফি ১০০ টাকা । সংরক্ষিত ক্ষেত্রের প্রার্থীদের আবেদন ফি ৫০ টাকা । আবেদন ফি জমা করতে হবে NEFT এর মাধ্যমে । নিচে আবেদন ফি জমা করার জন্য ব্যাংক ডিটেইলস দেওয়া হল । পেমেন্ট করার পূর্বে অবশ্যই অফিসিয়াল বিজ্ঞপ্তি ভালো ভাবে যাচাই করবেন ।

আবেদনপত্র পাঠানোর শেষ তারিখ –
আবেদনপত্র পাঠানোর শেষ তারিখ ৩১/০৮/২০২৩ বিকেল ৫ টা পর্যন্ত । ইচ্ছুক প্রার্থীদের এই তারিখে, নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে , নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় আবেদনপত্রটি পাঠাতে হবে ।
