১ লক্ষ যুবকের কর্ম সংস্থান এর ঘোষণা মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর
The Cm Mamata Banerjee announced the 1 lakh youth employment : বীরভূমে ডেউচা পাঁচামি কয়লাখনি ব্লকের কাজ নিয়ে দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে চলছে জটিলতা । জেলা প্রশাসন ও রাজ্য প্রশাসনের আধিকারিকদের সঙ্গে কৃষিজমি রক্ষা কমিটির দীর্ঘ আলোচনার পরও পুরোপুরি শুরু করা যায়নি কয়লাখনির কাজ। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ইতিমধ্যেই জানিয়ে দিয়েছেন জোর করে কারো জমি দখল করা হবে না । যেখানে জনবসতি নেই সেখানে কাজ শুরু হবে ।
বীরভূমে ডেউচা পাঁচামীর কাজ শুরু হলে এই এলাকার অর্থনৈতিক মানচিত্র
বদলে যাবে । হবে বিপুল সংখ্যক যুবকের কর্ম সংস্থান । মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় দাবি,” বীরভূমে ডেউচা পাঁচামি ব্লকে কয়লা উত্তোলনের কাজ শুরু হলে এক লাখ কর্ম সংস্থান হবে । ” সেইসঙ্গে জানিয়েছেন, এই প্রকল্পের ফলে আগামী ১০০ বছর রাজ্যে বিদ্যুতের কোন অভাব হবে না ।”
তিনি আরও জানিয়েছেন, ” ডেউচা পাঁচামিতে প্রস্তাবিত কয়লাখনি এলাকায় কোন জমি জোর করে নেওয়া হবে না । ফাঁকা জমিতে কাজ শুরু করা যায় কিনা সেবিষয়ে চিন্তাভাবনা করা হবে । এবং যে অঞ্চলে মানুষ বসতি নেই সেই অঞ্চলে প্রথমে কাজ শুরু হবে । আগাম ভবিষ্যতে প্রয়োজনের কথা মাথায় রেখে জমি অধিগ্রহন করা হতে পারে । কেউ নিজের জমি বাড়ি থেকে বঞ্চিত হবেন না ।
তিনি শেষে বলেন , কথা না বলে কিছু করা হবে না । এখন জায়গায় কাজ শুরু হচ্ছে । “
বীরভূমের জেলা শাসক বিজয় ভারতী আশ্বাস দিয়েছেন , জোর করে একচুলও জমি অধিগ্রহণ করা হবে না । সরকার কারো জমি কেড়ে নেবে না বলে তিনি আশ্বাস দেন ।
