WB Primary TET Admit Card : টেট পরীক্ষার এডমিট কার্ড প্রসঙ্গে বিরাট নির্দেশ কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের
প্রাইমারি টেট ২০১৪ সালের যে পরীক্ষা তাঁর মামলা এখনও শেষ হয়নি । আজ ২০২২ সাল । আগামী ২৭ ডিসেম্বর থেকে ইন্টারভিউ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হচ্ছে ।এর মাঝে দুইবার যথাক্রমে ২০১৭ এবং ২০২২ সালে টেট নেওয়া হয়েছিল । এমতাবস্তায় এমন অনেকেই হয়তো রয়েছেন যাদের এডমিট কার্ড হারিয়ে গেছে । অবশেষে পর্ষদের তরফে জানানো হল যদি আপনার এডমিট কার্ড হারিয়ে যায় বা নষ্ট হয়ে যায় সেক্ষেত্রে কি করবেন ।

পর্ষদের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে আগামী ২৭ ডিসেম্বর থেকে প্রাইমারি টেট ইন্টারভিউ শুরু হচ্ছে । প্রথম ধাপে কলকাতা জেলাকে যারা প্রথম পছন্দ হিসেবে বেছেছিলেন তাদের ইন্টারভিউ নেওয়া হবে । ধাপে ধাপে অন্য জেলাগুলিরও ইন্টারভিউ নেওয়া হবে । তবে ইন্টারভিউ নেওয়া হবে কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে ।

এমতাবস্তায় ২৭ তারিখে ইন্টারভিউ এর সুযোগ পাওয়া এক প্রার্থীর এডমিট কার্ড হারিয়ে যাওয়ায় তিনি কলকাতা হাইকোর্টে মামলা করেন । সেই মামলাতে পর্ষদের তরফে হলফনামায় জানানো হল টেটের এডমিট বা অন্যান্য শংসাপত্র হারিয়ে গেলে কি করনীয় !

যাদের প্রাথমিক টেট পরীক্ষার এডমিট বা টেট সংক্রান্ত অন্যান্য তথ্য হারিয়ে গেছে তাদের ডুপ্লিকেট এডমিট পেতে হলে কি করতে হবে জেনে নিন । পর্ষদের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে এডমিট হারিয়ে গেলে First Class Magistrate বা Metropolitan Magistrate এর কাছ থেকে Affidavit করিয়ে নিতে হবে যাতে উল্লেখ হারিয়ে যাওয়া এডমিট কার্ড বা অন্যান্য শংসাপত্রের বিষয়ে উল্লেখ থাকবে । পাশাপাশি এটাও উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে হারিয়ে যাওয়া ডকুমেন্টস এবং যিনি এভিডেভিড নিচ্ছেন তিনি একই ব্যাক্তি ।

এবিষয়ে বলে রাখা ভালো এভিডেভিড করানোর আগে থানায় একটা সাধারণ জিডি অবশ্যই করা উচিত । কারণ এটা না ছাড়া এভিডেভিড করানোর ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যা হতে পারে ।
যদিও ওই মামলাকারী প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে হাইকোর্টের তরফে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে এডমিট কার্ড এবং হলফ নামা ছাড়াই শর্তসাপেক্ষ তার ইন্টারভিউ নিতে হবে । তবে তাঁর সাথে এও জানানো হয়েছে ইন্টারভিউ প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হওয়ার ১০ দিনের মধ্যে ১ম শ্রেনীর ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের কাছ থেকে এভিডেভিড নিয়ে জমা করতে হবে নচেত তার পার্থীপদ বাতিল বলে গন্য হবে ।
